• Pharmacy search may identify where the claimant is receiving medications which may not have been reported by the claimant. In some cases, it may identify the prescribing doctor.

• With a release, we can get any information that is available.

• In some cases, we have found that people that scam do not use the same Chiropractor, so their visits may not be located unless they are aggressively looked for.

• In many claims that appear to be legitimate, claimant’s use the same chiropractor repeatedly.

• Hospital checks are useful to detect this type of occurrence:  In many cases when people are injured away from their home, they go to the closest hospital for ER treatment.

• In some cases we have seen people visit the ER on the weekend and then claim an “injury” on Monday morning.

• In some cases the ER and/or paramedic records document how the patient actually got hurt.
